About This Course

Learn how to create the personal brand you want to convey, identify the reputation others actually perceive of you and close the gap between the two. This will put you in a better position to have that brilliant career you always wanted. Your personal brand is crucial because careers can (and do) go off track when colleagues and bosses don't know who you are or your capabilities. When you are conscious of the brand you convey and how you are viewed, you can reduce the risk of being overlooked, underestimated and underemployed.
